Title: Mood Bench

Description: The Mood Bench. A real Hot Seat. Intended to be a humorous take on the idea of voluptuous furniture. It is a simple construction composed of a steel tube support frame with two layers of bent plywood forming the bench platform. The top layer is laminated with liquid crystal heat sensitive sheets that change color based off the temperature of whatever is in contact with them. Users will literally leave a temporary impression and could even leave graffiti with their finger. The bench becomes a fleeting record of its visitors, displaying sensual, ghostly impressions of their touch.

This is a neat concept. I'm not sure if I'd want my impression left behind though.

Probably not a realistic seating option for most people, but the concept does make me smile.
