The simplicity of the W Lounge Chair combines the warmth of wood and white leather into a creative piece. The inset of the w can be pulled out and becomes additional seating, and the void area doubles as a storage space. Curvy surfaces accommodate human comfort and provide a sense of luxury. Dimensions – Width 24 – Height 31 – Seat Height 15.5 Clarity is a simple and elegant club chair useful for a variety of settings. The contemporary design easily stands out as an individual piece or works well in multiples. Clarity provides a relaxing seating position while maintaining proper lumbar support not often found in club chairs. Clarity is built using variety of eco-friendly products: The chair shell and arms are assembled using layers of birch plywood glued together with a non-toxic and solvent free wood glue and covered in santos palisander veneer. Both woods are sourced from sustainably managed forests. The frame is made of recycled steel that can be either powder coated or coated using a PVD process that will achieve an eco-friendly chrome-like finish. To wrap things up, the seat cushion is covered in Greenguard Certified white Edleman leather. Jot You wait. You text. You talk. You make notes. You take a minute to gather your thoughts. Jot is a system of lounge seating with an integral tablet surface. Lounge and waiting areas are where we open our laptops, check our messages, hold short conversations and make notes. Tablet chairs today are like economy coach seats on an airplane. The sides are tight, the tablet folds over and the table surface is a contrasting material to the body of the chair making it feel like a visual afterthought. Jot is first class seating; open on one side for easy entry. No need to move your things to get out of the seat. Jot’s tablet flows from the sides and bottom wood material creating one integrated feel. The upholstered seat cushion wraps from the perpendicular direction. The play between the symmetrical cushion and the asymmetrical wood frame leads the user to the open side. Place a left and right unit together at the tablet end for a larger surface and two people can work together (lower left picture). Place a left and right unit together at the open end for a more traditional symmetrical couch (lower center picture). Jot’s relaxed asymmetrical design creates a comfortable, effective and practical solution to the lounge / waiting area. Jot details: - 28” wide x 28” deep x 30” high - 9.6” deep by 11.3” wide integral writing surface - right & left units - to be offered in a variety of sustainably developed wood and upholstery - chrome metal legs to reflect the floor and help “float” the contrasting asymmetrical wood and upholstered seat Jot is a fresh approach to the need for full time tablet surfaces in lounge seating. Bold components give the Y Shift Chair a strong visual presence. The bent red oak segments have tight bends that contrast with the undulating visual softness of the clear plastic pieces that make up the seat and back. These clear pieces also have incredible strength, but still remain flexible and provide a mild spring action when a person sits. The aesthetic of the chair relies heavily on the strong visual vocabulary of the wood structure, while the physical comfort of the chair relies entirely on the contoured plastic of the seat and back. The two serve contrary purposes and the chosen materials are paradoxical, yet they come together confidently in a product that celebrates their differences. This chair also serves as a transitional piece in the overall context of furniture and product design. In the midst of our ecological predicament, society and culture are slowly shifting toward a more sustainable future; the Y Shift Chair fully embraces the capabilities of both sustainable and unsustainable materials. Red oak is one of the most sustainable types of wood available because of its abundance, while the effects of plastic are harsher on the environment. The chair thereby establishes itself in the shift currently taking place, as a bridge between our unsustainable past and our sustainable future.

YIN YANG is shaped in order to save space. The chairs are designed to be put into each other and to form a cube that can be used as a small table (600x600x600). The strong shaped box is cut by a fluid shaped line which could be interpreted as yin yang. This shaped cut keeps the chairs connected to each other so you can stand on it. A magnetic chromed strip prevents the chairs sliding of. The separated chairs can be used as lounge chairs with a soft low sit. Ideal at home or at commercial places where the amount of chairs vary. The used materials are plywood, wool, feathers and chromed magnetic metal. All original materials with a high quality that can easily be recycled. Available in a diversity of color. Shaped like a cushion draped on air, CHIP beckons you to sit. The surface looks rough, but is surprisingly smooth. The bold colour says plastic, but the chair is actually made of wood. Made of woodchips to be exact. A 3” curved bed of tree bark and a slender ˝” stainless steel rod frame, together, form CHIP. Using a byproduct of the forest industry, a biodegradable resin and a 100% recyclable metal frame, CHIP clearly espouses its environmental stance. In using woodchips as the main component, CHIP not only raises the profile of a waste material, but also avoids using further raw materials, thus reducing costs. It is a modern chair that is environmentally and economically sustainable of which you are reminded every time it is used. CHIP is progressive in turning the lifecycle thinking of product design on its head. Like wood, CHIP is designed to slowly biodegrade. The resin will break down and the woodchips can either be reused or composted. Its ‘planned obsolescence’, rather than encouraging consumerism, blatantly reveals that the chair is truly of the earth. The making of CHIP pushes the extrusion technology to the next level. The design allows it to be mass-produced, but it can also be customized in length and colour. The possibility for customization makes it very versatile for the consumer and easily adaptable to different markets, especially for the emerging made-to-order kind of e-commerce. CHIP is made like fresh pasta. Tree bark is extruded with a biodegradable resin that is clear or with colour, and then cut to the size of a chair (18”), lounge chair (24”), loveseat (48”) or to the customer’s desire. The cut can also be made at an angle to suit specific conditions. After the cut, the woodchips extrusion is fastened to a stainless steel frame. Finally, the chair is stamped with a best before date, indicating the amount of time it would take for it to biodegrade if left to the elements We love CHIP. A bench for kids. Nesting Nessie, like a real seamonster ;) appears to swim through the floor. Her parts can be arranged any which way. They are also hollow and can stack/ nest on top of each other for easy storage. They are composed of a seim-flexible, segmented wood shell with fabric wrapped foam on the outside. Le Juste Milieu Vinna or “The Right Balance of Vinna” is a wooden base outdoor bench concept that combines traditional wood processing and modern complex CAD assembly technique. Le Juste Milieu Vinna as “The Right Balance” inspired from the analogy of “balance” in people life, the balance of an individual life and its correlation on bigger scope in social balance. Within the philosophy of how human being related with its own individual and social relationships, Le Juste Milieu Vinna is reflecting the interpretation of how a product lives as an individual and combines people in term of seating in social scope into its form. The down curve in the center of Le Juste Milieu Vinna reflects this philosophy. The center of the bench is a floating curve that gives structural point to the ground for its two sides, the central axis that supports the balance between right and left. For its uses, Le Juste Milieu Vinna fit for 6 people; 4 peoples in the center with back-to-back seating configuration and 2 on each sides with its center structure nailed on the ground. Le Juste Milieu Vinna made from steam bent oak with dark varnish/polyurethane finishes for more durable outdoor uses and can be fully recycled. Combining a traditional steam bending on the wood sticks profile with 3D CAD wiring assembly pattern, Le Juste Milieu Vinna is fit for outdoor uses such park, beaches and deriving state-of-art lounge furniture.
